Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven, evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding and improving behavior through the principles of learning. At Individual Piece ABA, we recognize that every child learns differently—which is why we create customized treatment plans designed around your child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Our team develops individualized programming and behavior intervention plans built to support growth in communication, social skills, daily living, and more. Most importantly, we aim to make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. Your child will receive one-on-one support each day from a trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), following a personalized plan created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Background

Individual Piece ABA, LLC was established in February 2024, with the official opening of our clinic in March 2025. Under the leadership of Carly Dietz, BCBA, the clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conducts continuous assessments and data-driven evaluations to monitor each child’s progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans. On a daily basis, your child will receive intensive one-on-one therapy from a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), who implements strategies tailored to your child’s current developmental needs, as outlined by their supervising BCBA.
