Carly Dietz , BCBA

Clinical Director & Lead Behavior Analyst

Carly Dietz is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over a decade of experience, Carly has devoted her career to working with children diagnosed with autism and their families.

As Clinical Director of Individual Piece ABA, Carly leads with compassion, experience, and a commitment to individualized care. She works closely with families, caregivers, and therapists to create personalized programs that are engaging, functional, and designed to support success in the clinic, home school, and in the community.

Kylie Millhorn, Clinical Intern

Kylie is a dedicated and compassionate professional in the field of applied behavior analysis. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in May 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since 2023, Kylie has been practicing as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) across various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community environments. In her current role as a Team Lead, Kylie oversees and supports a team of RBTs, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented effectively and consistently. She works closely with families, clients, and other professionals to foster a collaborative approach to behavior management and skill development. Kylie is passionate about improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices and is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills in behavior analysis to provide the highest level of care and support.
